"The Amourous Ambassador"

Our Festival Fringe production this year is a hilarious fast-moving farce 'The Amorous Ambassador" by Michael Parker.

Harry Douglas, American Ambassador to the UK, tells wife Lois that he is off for a golf weekend in Scotland. Lois tells him that she will also be away for the weekend at a spa. Daughter Debbie says she will go and stay with a girlfriend. Each of them thinks the house will be empty for their secret romantic rendezvous … Confusion reigns!

Saturday 5 August to Friday 18 August

Saturday 19 August

Inverleith St Serf's Centre, Clark Road, Goldenacre

"The Crucible"

The story of the Salem witch trials that took place in the fledgling Massachusetts Bay Colony in 1692. A powerful, moving emotional rollercoaster of a play whose issues of intolerance and communities facing change still resonate in our “post-truth” society today.
